Thiruvanchoor Plot - 3rd Installment

Dear Members 

The Director board discussed the suggestions/ outcome of the meeting held on 15/11/2014 and following decisions have been taken. 

1. The contour survey has been completed and final plan is expected by 05/12/2014. Tendering works are in progress for identifying the architect for the plot layout and design.

2. Third installment Rs 1.3 lakh /cent shall be credited to the RBECHS account on or before 3/02/2015. Balance amount if any shall be credited before allotment of plot.

3. Those who are in the waiting list can withdraw the advance remitted if required against a written request to the Secretary. The seniority in the waiting list will be maintained in this case. Non members may take membership before claiming refund.

Thiruvanchoor plot - meeting of beneficiaries on 15/11/2014

Dear Members,

A meeting to discuss future course of action regarding the  purchase of plot at Thiruvanchoor  will be conducted on 15/11/2014 at 2 PM at the Rubber training Institute Auditorium. All are requested to attend the meeting. Since all aspects of the purchase and distribution of plots will be discussed your comments and recommendations will be valuable.

Bank officials are being invited to present their Loan facilities and will be available for presentation at the beginning of the meeting. 

All members may bring the original details of amount remittance such as bank counter foil, cheque No or pass book for verifying the same. 

The Non members of the RBECHS are requested to take membership in the society by remitting Rs.275 as cash at the meeting.

Thruvanchoor plot - remittance of Second Ïnstalment

 The Second installment of Rs.50000/- per cent (Fifty thousand)minus 1st installment may be remitted on or before 3/11/14.

Thiruvanchoor plot - Remitting first instalment

The details of remittance of amount for plots at Thiruvanchoor are as follows:

• 1st instalment for registration-Rs.50000/- on 13/10/14
• 2nd instalment - Rs. 50000/cent on 30/10/14 including 1st instalment 

(eg. for 10 cents of plot an amount of Rs. 5 lakhs to be remitted)

Balance amount to be remitted will be intimated later.
