The Director board discussed the suggestions/ outcome of the meeting held on 15/11/2014 and following decisions have been taken.
1. The contour survey has been completed and final plan is expected by 05/12/2014. Tendering works are in progress for identifying the architect for the plot layout and design.
2. Third installment Rs 1.3 lakh /cent shall be credited to the RBECHS account on or before 3/02/2015. Balance amount if any shall be credited before allotment of plot.
3. Those who are in the waiting list can withdraw the advance remitted if required against a written request to the Secretary. The seniority in the waiting list will be maintained in this case. Non members may take membership before claiming refund.
